The Online Account Manager requires the
use of cookies in your browser. If your browser is set on Medium
Security Mode, It will work with Online Account Manger otherwise you can
use the following guide to help you in the process
of enabling cookies for the most common worldwide browsers.

Note: If you are an AOL
client using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, and you receive
errors such as this one: "Session Expired" or "Invalid
User". Please enable cookies in your browser's
settings, close your current web session and try again.
- From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
- Select Preferences
- Select Internet Properties (WWW)
- Select the Privacy tab
- Select Advanced
- Deselect override automatic cookie handling
button
- Click OK to exit.

- Select on the WWW button
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Select the "Accept all cookies" checkbox
Browser does not give you the ability to turn off
cookies
Windows Internet Explorer 8
1. Click Tools.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Move the slider to a setting desired. Options range from Block All
Cookies to IE8 to Accept All Cookies. There are also options under
Advanced where you can customize the settings.

- Click the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click the Default button (or manually slide the
bar down to 'Medium').
- Click the OK button.
- Select Tools
- Select Internet Options

- Go to Tools on the menu bar

- If you want to be notified when a web site
tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."
- Click Edit on the Toolbar.
- Click Preferences
- Click the Privacy and Security category;
expand the list to show the subcategories.
- Click Cookies

- Go to the Advanced Settings option on
the Category menu
- Click "Cookies"
- When receiving cookies: Click "Never Ask"
- Click OK

- Go to File in the menu bar
- Click on Preferences
- Under the group labeled Network
click on Privacy
- In the section Cookies check
mark de Enable Cookies box
- Click OK
Mozilla
- Go to Edit in the menu bar
- Click on Preferences
- Roll down the group labeled Privacy &

- Click on Cookies
- Check/uncheck the Disable Cookies
radio button
